Annie Mist Thorisdottir was born in Reykjavik, Iceland. She is an Icelandic CrossFit professional athlete. She also trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie is the only female ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir is from Iceland - a CrossFit weightlifter, media celebrity and CrossFit competitors - is an Icelandic CrossFit athlete from Iceland. The media acclaim came from her becoming the first woman to be the first person who achieved two wins at the CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012. In 2013 and 2017 she took home both the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and raised up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents as well as her siblings. Annie was an avid sportsperson and worked out from the age of five. She took part for the first time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games in California In the event, she came out extremely well. In 2012, Annie took home at the CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she became the first woman athlete who won two CrossFit Games consecutively. In 2014, she also won a gold medal. In 2021, she received the bronze. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she established in. Annie's increasing popularity as a professional athlete has allowed her to be the brand ambassador for many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. Annie also owns her own Youtube channel known as "Annie", with over 3,000 followers. These include videos on training diets and family life.
